Hello This is an easy tutorial for you

Thanks to Lori for the flowers tube Selection Unknown
Put your selection in your psp files
Brush and tubes in your psp
Now we start.........
1. Open Jhanna-90-background. Duplicate and delete the original.
2. Selections . Load the selection name.."Selection09"
with these settings ..New layer & floodfill with a gold
pattern
3. Select None
4. New layer & place the Johanna 90 Tube to the left and Mirror
then use your move tool & drag to the right
5.Effects. 3D, d
Drop Shadow as in the printscreen, 4/4/80/40
6. Look at the printscreen
6. New layer, place tube Magnolia-LR down the bottom
look at mine
7. Dropshadow again same as the setting before 4/4/80/40
8. Brush"Flowers are truest" into a place you like. Gold colour
9.Write your name. Add all layers
10. border 1x pixel of #000000
11. 5 pixels any colour..
12. Magic wand tool and click inside the 5 pixels
13. New layer & Floodfill and select none
14. Merge add all layers
15, Add your name
Now you have finished!
