This is a very easy tutorial and everything you need is in the materials
PLUGINS NEEDED
Graphics Plus__Cross Shadow here
FM File Tools__Emboss here
Penta dot _jeans (included in materials)
Adjust /variations (included in Materials
Download Materials 
Colours .#8ccb24
#2d5119
1.Open a New Transparent image 500 x 400
and floodfill with Black #000000
Image / Add Edge 3 pixels white #ffffff
Select this border with the magic wand
New raster layer
Fill the selection with your gold pattern
3D Effects/ Inner Bevel (printscreen)
Select none
2.Image / Add Borders Left 150 all other 50 in white
Look at my Printscreen
3.Select border with your magic wand.
Make your gradient from
I have VG #8ccb24 and
for HG #2d5119
Create Gradient for the selection
4.New raster layer
Fill selection with gradient
Effects/ Plugins/ Graphics Plus/Cross Shadow
Keep the selection
5. New Layer / Copy the flower tube Calguismuguet2229 Flower
Move the flower tube to the left bottom of the wide
part of your image
6. Layers Duplicate so we have 2 layers of flowers
Move the top copy of the Flowers in your picture tube.
Up to the top
Layers / Merge Down/ summarise
7. Effects/Plugins/ FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss 3 x
so that the whole layer flower is embossed
Layers / Merge / Merge Visable summarise.
Keep the selection
Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow
Same settings in item 4
8.Effects / Plugins / Penta Dot / jeans
Printscreen
Effects / Plugins / Adjust / Variations
Printscreen
Selection / Select None
9. Image add egde 3 pixels #ffffff
Select this border with the magic wand
New raster layer
Fill the selection with your Gold pattern
Effects 3D Inner Bevel same as before
Select None
Layers / Merge / Merge visable summarise
10.Image add Edge 20 pixels white #ffffff
Select edge with magic wand
Layer / New raster layer
11.Copy the Noelle Background into the selection
Effects / 3D Effects Inner Bevel as before
Selections / Select none
12.Image / add edge 3 pixels white #ffffff
Select this border with the magic wand
New raster layer
Fill the selection with your Gold pattern
Effects / 3DEffects / inner Bevel same settings as before
Select None
13.Image add egde 1 pixel Dark Green
14.Make your name or watermark on the graphic
Layer Merge all
Now we have finished this part
we go onto the next part which is the animation
ANIMATION
1.Open up your animation shop
Copy and paste your picture into animation shop
Now we have to make 8 frames
Edit copy / Edit Paste /after current frame
Repeat till we have 8 frames
2. Open your animation Drops-animated
put it lower to see it
3. Click on the 1st frame of the animation
4. Edit-select all / Edit Copy
5. Click on your 1st frame of your graphic
Edit select all / Edit paste
into selected frame
Now put it into the black part.
Make certain that you have 4 sides of the
Gold frame showing.. and we have finished this part..
Leave it in animation shop
6.Go back to your psp
7.Now go to animation shop Click on the 1st frame copy
and paste it in psp.
8.Go to animation shop Copy the 2nd frame and paste
as a new Layer
9.We do this till we finish and have 8 frames (8 layers)
In psp.
10.We start from the bottom layer leave the bottom layer open
11.X the eye on the top 7 layers above.
12.New layer Take your woman tube change the setting 46 or
what fits your graphic & Mirror
13.Open animation shop again.
14.You have 2 layers showing the bottom background
and the woman tube.
Layers add visable.
15.Copy and paste this 1st frame into animation shop
16 Go back to psp undo layers add visable
17 x the eye on the bottom layer
TIP. When working in animation Shop
always have the blue bar at the bottom.
Also make sure you have the right number frame
PRINTSCREEN
18. Take the woman to the top of the next layer
and repeat untill you have 8 frames in your psp
Always have the woman on the top of the layer
You want to make
Remember to x all eyes on the layers
only leave 1 background with the woman on top
Start at the bottom background layer
and work up to the top
Now we have all 8 frames in animation shop
Edit . Frame Properties on 20
Save in animation shop as a gif
View animation.
