Materials 
Open Transparent Layer 700x 500
Forefront colour #000000
Background colour #780c2d
Make a gradient with these 2 colours
Open transparent layer Floodfill with Black
New layer Floodfill with gradient with printscreen below
New Layer Opacity 20
Open the Senga flower tube and put it in the middle.
New Layer Opacity on 20
Open the Senga woman tube and put it to the right
Image/Mirror and drag it down to the left.
Layers add visable
Effects L en K's Zitah Printscreen below
Duplicate this and put the original out of the way
We will use this later
So now we have 1 background
Effects/ Image/ Offset with these settings
Add a border 3 pixels white and get the magic wand
and floodfill with a gold in your patterns next to your gradients.
Select none, Layers, Merge, Merge visible
Add a Border 60 pixels white
Magic wand inside the border and then bring the original background
that we put down below minimized
Copy and paste into the selection
Effects/Image Offset the same settings as before.
Repeat this 1 more time same settings as above printscreen
Select none
New Layer Open the Senga woman tube and put to the right a bit
Image/ mirror. now pull it down to the bottom Left side
Look at mine
New Layer Copy your gold leaf tube to the right and down a bit
and Image/free rotate see Printscreen
Adjust / Sharpen on the gold leaf tube
New Layer take your Golden corner & put it on your picture
Image flip move to the top left
look at mine
Duplicate /Mirror so we have 1 each side at the top
Layer Duplicate again & Image Flip and put it the bottom right
Layer Merge visable
Name on your graphic
Layers add
Add a border 4 pixels white
and get your magic wand and fill with your gold pattern
Select none
Save as a JPEG
